To ensure exclusive access to a lead in Prop AI CRM, you can assign the lead to yourself. This is helpful for managing hot or pre-qualified leads.

Steps to assign a lead to yourself

1. Log into your Prop AI CRM account.
2. Navigate to the Contacts section.
3. Use the search bar to find the lead by name (e.g., type "Irma Barrington").
4. Click on the lead's name to open their profile.
5. Refresh the page if the lead details or assignment options don’t appear correctly.
6. Locate the Owner Assign To section, typically found on the left side near the phone icon.
7. Click the dropdown, search for your own name (e.g., "Lori Moreno"), and select it.
8. Confirm the assignment.

Once assigned, the lead becomes yours and cannot be accessed by other users.
