Can I Purchase More Calls?

At this time, purchasing additional calls is not an option but it will be available soon. This means you're currently limited to your monthly allocation until this feature becomes available.

How Do We Update Our Subscription/Billing Info?

You can access the billing portal to update your billing information and manage your subscription. Find the link in the 'Resources' section towards the top of your account interface.

Do Calls Rollover to the Next Month?

Yes! Calls do rollover to the next month. This means any unused calls from your monthly balance won't be lost and will be added to your next month's allocation.

You can check how many calls you have left from your monthly balance by looking at your balance trackers towards the bottom left of your account.

Call Usage

Remember that all calls dialed count as a call used from your monthly balance, whether they are answered or unanswered.
