How to Call and Prioritize Leads in the Prop AI CRM

To reach the right leads faster, use Prop AI CRM's sorting, call tools, and context features to streamline your outreach and improve call quality.

Access and organize your leads

  1. Go to crm.prop.ai and log in with your credentials.
  2. Click Contacts on the purple left-hand menu.
  3. Select your lead list (e.g., Marcus's Leads).
  4. Click the Lead Status column header twice to bring 'hot' and 'interested' leads to the top.

Prepare and place the call

  1. Click the name of a lead from the sorted list.
  2. Open the Notes tab to review the AI-generated call transcript for context.
  3. Click the green phone icon at the top right to open the dialer.
  4. In the dropdown, select a local phone number that matches the lead’s area (e.g., search "Tampa" for Lakeland, FL).
  5. Minimize the dialer.
  6. Click the phone icon next to the lead's phone number to start the call.

Use the Follow-up & Guide Pre-Qual checklist to guide the conversation:

  • Ask about motivation
  • Understand the timeline
  • Clarify price expectations
  • Learn about the property's condition
  • Gauge openness to creative terms

Be sure to save updates to your lead in the Smart List, and click the arrow at the top of the lead profile to move to the next hot lead.
