Campaign Status Indicators
"New" Status: If your campaign still shows 'New' after running, this means Gen has not yet tried to call those numbers. This could indicate your campaign was interrupted due to:
Exceeding your daily quota of 2,000 calls
Attempting to call past 9:00 p.m. in the prospect's local time
Daily and Monthly Limits
Daily Call Limit: You can make up to 2,000 calls per day. If you hit this limit, you'll see the message "You have hit your daily call limit" and Gen will be back the next day when calls reset at 3:00 a.m. Eastern.
Monthly Balance: Check your balance trackers at the bottom left of your account to see how many calls you have remaining from your monthly allocation.
Using the "Uncalled Numbers Only" Feature
When a campaign gets cut off by daily or monthly limits, you can use the 'Uncalled Numbers Only' checkbox to continue making calls only to phone numbers Gen hasn't had a chance to try yet.
When to Contact Support
If your campaign shows 'New' status after running, and neither daily quota limits nor the 9:00 p.m. cutoff time apply to your situation, contact [email protected] for investigation.
