To convert a hot lead and loop in a closer in Prop AI, follow this step-by-step process. Everything happens from your CRM—not the Launchpad.

Access and filter your leads

  1. Go to the Contacts section in the left sidebar.
  2. Select your smart list, such as "Sonya’s Leads 2", to find all imported leads.
  3. In the Lead Status column, filter for hot leads (look for the fire icon).
  4. Click the lead’s name to open their profile.

Review and qualify the lead

  1. Click the pencil icon to review call history and notes for background.
  2. Start the follow-up by clicking "Guide Pre-Qual".
  • Use the guided script to ask qualifying questions.
  1. Tag the lead as a "Friendly Agent" (under Useful Tags) if applicable.

Assign and update status

  1. Click "Assign" to assign the lead to yourself or an appropriate closer (e.g., Andrew Schaefer for Florida).
  2. Set the lead’s status as "Pre-Qualify".
  3. If interested and ready for an offer, click "AI Underwrite" to let the system analyze the deal.

Log activity and keep moving

  1. After the call, log results by selecting a call status (e.g., Completed, Voicemail) and optionally adding notes.
  2. Refresh your Needs Call list to see who’s next.
  3. To reach out, call or text directly from the CRM using a local number (configured via the green dropdown at the top).

Tips for efficiency

  • Click the browser’s star icon to bookmark the Pre-Qual script for quick access later.
  • No need to handle payment setup in the CRM—you'll be sent a JV agreement if a closer finalizes the deal.
