Import a DealSauce List and Map Phone Numbers Correctly

To launch a successful calling campaign in Prop AI using data from DealSauce, you'll need to import your lead list and map the phone numbers properly.

Prepare your CSV file

1. In DealSauce, export your lead list as a .CSV file.
2. Ensure the file is closed in any open applications like Excel or Google Sheets before importing.

Upload and map your data in Prop AI

1. In Prop AI, click Create Campaign and enter your campaign name.
2. Click Choose File and upload your CSV.
3. If phone numbers don’t appear automatically, verify the following:

• The list has been skip traced.
• There is a column labeled Contact phone one (usually column AB) with mobile numbers.

1. In the mapping screen, use the dropdown next to the phone number field and select Contact phone one.
2. Complete mapping all required fields, such as prospect name.
3. Click Submit to proceed.

Configure and launch your campaign

1. Select your campaign type, e.g., Direct To Seller, and click Next.
2. Choose your script, such as DTS 2.0.
3. Enter your name and company name for the caller ID.
4. Click Next, then Let the calls begin to start dialing.

Gen (the AI caller) will begin calling the listed prospects.

Monitor your campaign

• Click View my new campaign after launch to monitor progress.
• Refresh the page to view updates on total calls and responses.
