Make Calls from Your Phone Using the Go High Level App

You can use the Go High Level (GHL) mobile app to call leads assigned to you in Prop AI. Follow these steps to set everything up properly.

Set up the Go High Level mobile app

1. Download and open the Go High Level app on your Android or iPhone.
2. Log in and select the sub-account labeled Beak Real Estate Pros.

Filter your leads in the pipeline

1. Tap the Opportunities icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose the Man vs. Machine pipeline.
3. Tap Filters and:

• Select your name under both Followers and Owners.
• Tap Apply to view leads assigned to you.

Make a call from the app

1. Scroll your filtered lead list.
2. Tap the lead’s name to open their opportunity record.
3. Tap the phone icon to initiate a call.

Enable notifications for messages and calls

1. On the Prop AI desktop version, go to Settings > My Staff > Your Profile.
2. Under Notification Settings, enable:

• "Notify for new messages on a conversation I'm assigned to"

1. Select SMS as your notification method.

This setup allows you to manage and call your leads directly from your mobile device and stay notified of any incoming outreach.
