Manually Add a Property When AI Doesn’t Capture the Address
If Gen doesn’t detect a property address during the call, you can manually add the property to the contact in the CRM. This ensures the opportunity is tracked correctly and seamlessly fits into your workflow.
How to manually add a property to a contact
Follow these steps if the property wasn't captured automatically:
- Navigate to the relevant contact in the CRM.
- Click the Follow Up button.
- Select Add/Update Property.
- In the form that appears:
- Enter the new property address and zip code under New Address.
- (Optional) To send the property for underwriting, select the option to send it to AI Underwriting.
- To activate the new property:
- Click on Property 2 (or the next available property tab).
- Press Submit to set it as the outreach property and start a new opportunity at the correct stage.
Note: The system supports multiple properties per contact. Manually adding a property ensures accuracy when the address isn’t mentioned clearly in the call transcript.
