Regain Access to Your Prop AI CRM Account Without Screen Sharing

If you're unable to log into your Prop AI CRM account and screen sharing isn't working, follow these steps to regain access.

Log in or reset your password

  1. Go to crm.prop.ai and attempt to log in with your credentials.
  2. If your password is incorrect, click Forgot Password on the login page.
  3. Check your email for a password reset message from Prop AI and follow the link to set a new password.

Activate your account

  • If login still fails, your account may not be activated.
  • Look for an activation email from Prop AI with messaging like "activation required".
  • Open the email and click the activation link.
  • After activation, return to crm.prop.ai and try logging in again.

Handle screen sharing issues

  • If screen sharing isn't working during support sessions:
  • Try a different browser or device.
  • Adjust your browser settings to allow screen sharing permissions.

Tip: Understand the platform structure

  • Prop AI has both a Web App and a CRM—make sure you can access both.
  • This preparation can help your support session go more smoothly.
