Automatically remove 'Dead Lost' leads from a Smart List

If you want your Smart List in Prop AI to automatically exclude leads marked as 'dead' or 'lost', you can apply a filter based on lead disposition. This keeps your list up to date without needing to manually adjust tags or ownership.

Set up a filter to exclude 'Dead Lost' leads

1. Open your Smart List in the Prop AI CRM.
2. Click More Filters.
3. In the filters modal, click + AND to add a filter condition.
4. From the field dropdown, choose Lead Disposition.
5. Set the filter to Lead Disposition is not Dead Lost.
6. Click Apply.
7. Click Save to update your Smart List.

Optional: Show Lead Disposition in list view

To help monitor lead statuses:

• Click Columns in the Smart List view.
• Deselect fields you don’t need (e.g., Email, Tags).
• Scroll and select Lead Disposition so it appears in your table.

Optional: Confirming changes to Lead Disposition

To ensure a lead’s disposition change is saved:

• Temporarily disable auto-save from the UI.
• Manually change the Lead Disposition field.
• Click Save when prompted to commit the change.
