How to Rerun a Campaign Without Calling Responsive Contacts

If a campaign has low answer rates, you can quickly rerun it in Prop AI to focus only on contacts who didn’t answer the first time. This helps optimize contact coverage without duplicating calls.

Rerun a campaign to reach only unresponsive contacts

  1. Go to your Prop AI dashboard.
  2. Click on Campaigns in the side menu.
  3. Select the campaign you want to rerun by clicking its name.
  4. Click the Call Prospects Again button.
  5. Review and confirm the correct script and settings.

Prop AI will now automatically redial only the contacts who were unresponsive in the previous run—anyone who answered previously will be skipped.
