Run a Campaign in Prop AI Using a Lead List from Email

To launch a calling campaign in Prop AI using a lead list you received via email, follow these clear steps to upload your list, configure your script, and start calling.

Upload and Set Up the Campaign

  1. Log into your Prop AI account at prop.ai.

  2. Create a new campaign:

  • Click Create New Campaign.
  • Give your campaign a name (e.g., DTS-CA-Expires).
  • Click Create Campaign to proceed.
  1. Upload your CSV file:
  • Click Choose File and upload the lead list from your email.
  • Ensure the file format is .csv.
  1. Map CSV fields appropriately:
  • Use dropdown menus to match CSV columns to system fields (e.g., map phone numbers to "Phone").
  • Required fields use grayed-out checkboxes; optional fields (like zip codes or emails) show purple checkboxes.
  • Click Submit once the required fields are correctly mapped.

Configure Campaign Settings

  1. Select your script:
  • Use the dropdown to choose the right script (e.g., Soft Set 2.0 for seller leads, Direct to Agent 3.0 for agents).
  1. Customize names (optional):
  • AI caller name (e.g., "Jen").
  • Follow-up human caller name.
  • Company name (e.g., "Pine to Palm Homes" or "Local Buyer").
  1. Launch the campaign:
  • Click Next, then Let the calls begin.
  • You’ll see live campaign metrics, including total calls, answers, and callbacks.

Work Leads and Monitor Progress

  1. Use the CRM:
  • Go to the CRM to view and interact with leads.
  • Call, text, add notes, and update lead statuses as needed.
  1. Rerun for unanswered leads (up to 3 times):
  • Go to your campaigns, click the desired one.
  • Click Call Prospects, check Advanced Setting to exclude answered numbers.
  • Confirm and rerun the campaign.

Notes and Best Practices

  • Only assign a lead to yourself after you’ve spoken with them.
  • Don’t mark a lead as dead after a single “not interested” response—use up to three soft pushbacks.
  • Some lead lists may be shared via Natalie or other teammates. Refer to any email instructions provided.
  • Use internal CRM comments to tag team members when needed.
