Set Up a Standard DealSauce Webinar Board in Monday.com

To prepare for a new DealSauce webinar, use Monday.com to duplicate the standard webinar board template and configure it with updated project info.

Duplicate the webinar board template

  1. In Monday.com, search for "webinar" and go to the Templates section.
  2. Find the template named "Brand SaaS webinar" (its ID starts with "TPL").
  3. Hover over the three-dot menu in the left-side panel of the board and select Change type to → Shareable.
  4. Click Invite and add relevant team members as guests with editor access.

Create and customize the new board

  1. Duplicate the board by clicking More Actions → Duplicate Board. Check "Keep board subscribers".
  2. Rename the board using the format: [Brand] Webinar [Date Range], e.g., DealSauce Webinar Feb 2-3.

Update project information

  1. At the top of the board, locate the item labeled Project Info and update it with:
  • Webinar name
  • Host name (e.g., Justin Chubinovsky)
  • Three main subtopics
  • Viewer benefits
  • Confirmed co-hosts (if any)
  • Date and time
  • Outreach channels (e.g., ads, GHL & Sub2 email lists)
  1. Assign values to the corresponding fields in Project Info:
  • Choose the brand
  • Set webinar date as the deadline
  • Assign project manager
  • Update outreach channels
  1. Once all fields are complete, mark the Project Info item as complete. This triggers preset automations (if functioning).

Manual update if automations break

  1. If automations fail:
  • Select all board items
  • Set the same PM and brand across tasks
  • Set task deadlines:
    • Planning: today
    • Curation/Staging: estimated or TBD
    • Delivery: day of the webinar
    • Post: day after the webinar

Finalize and organize the board

  1. Mark the task Set Board Status to Active as complete.
  2. Move the new board into the correct folder, such as Small Brands → DealSauce Projects in Monday.com.
