How to Upload Leads and Assign Them to a Closer in Prop AI

To effectively start outreach in Prop AI, upload your lead list as a campaign and assign qualified leads to your designated closer.

Upload Your Lead List

Follow these steps to upload a CSV list of leads and launch a campaign:

1. Save your lead list as a CSV file on your computer.
2. Log into the PropWeb app.
3. Go to the Campaigns section.
4. Click New Campaign.
5. Name the campaign using a format like 01/30/26 DTS Wilma.
6. Click Create Campaign.
7. Select Upload Your Leads.
8. Click Choose a File and select your CSV file (e.g., DTS Challenge Wilma).
9. Leave field mapping as-is unless specific changes are needed (auto-mapping is standard).
10. Click Submit—you should see the total number of leads processed.
11. Click Next.

Campaign Setup Options

Set the following values during campaign configuration:

• Script Type: SoftSet 2.0
• Agent Name: Gen
• Follow-up Caller: Your name (e.g., Wilma)
• Company Name: Pine2Palm Homes

Once submitted, Prop AI will begin calls automatically. You can test by setting your number temporarily as the target.

Assign Leads to a Closer

Once your Smart List is available (created by Fail or an admin):

1. Open your Smart List and locate a qualified lead.
2. Click the arrow icon next to the lead.
3. Use the search field to find and select the closer (e.g., Nick Villegas, Chris Geddes, Elliot Sherman).
4. The system will immediately notify and assign the lead to the selected closer.

Note on Lead Quality

Only assign leads that are:

• Marked as interested
• Ambiguous responses
• Labeled as hot leads

Do not assign leads that are "not interested" or hang-ups.
