Upload and use your personal buyer list outside the team challenge

You can use Prop AI to reach out to your own buyer leads without involving your team’s shared CRM or challenges. Follow these steps to create a separate campaign for your personal contact list.

Create a personal campaign

1. Open your browser and go to prop.ai.
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Campaigns.
3. Click New Campaign to begin setup.
4. Enter a clear campaign name (e.g., YourName_PersonalList) and click Create Campaign.

Upload your lead list

5. When prompted, click Choose a File.
6. Locate your list file (typically in your Downloads folder) and select the CSV.
7. In the mapping step, assign the correct fields:

• Map 'first name' to its matching column.
• Map 'phone number' and all other fields appropriately.

This new campaign will remain private and separate from your team’s challenge. Your leads will not be added to the team CRM, and Prop AI can now begin making calls based on this campaign.

Note: You don’t need to adjust any team settings—simply keeping the campaign separate is enough.
